What happens if what I want is out of stock?
The size, colour or item that is out of stock will not show as an option on the listing. We will make every effort to restock items as soon as possible so please check regularly. Please contact us via our social media pages or email if you need any more information on the restock of a certain item.
What happens if I receive the wrong item or size?
Whilst we hope this never happens, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we will try our very best to get this resolved quickly for you.
When can I expect my delivery after placing an order?
Please email us or contact our social media pages if you need more information on delivery times of a specific item.
Please note during busy periods such as calendar events or promotions turnaround time can take a little longer. We are working on decreasing our turnaround time as our business grows.
What are the best ways to wash the clothes?
You can find washing instructions on most product listings. Otherwise wash care labels can be found in the clothing. Please refer to this and follow the instructions to keep your items looking their best.
Do you sell in shops?
We are not in shops at the moment but we will be looking for stockists later this year. If you are a shop interested in stocking our brand please email us with the subject ‘stockist’.
What happens if I place an order and I need to change the delivery address?
Please email us as soon as you can if you need to change the delivery address. Depending on the order status where possible we will amend the delivery address. After dispatch, however, we cannot take any responsibility for packages that do not reach you due to inaccurate delivery details. At the time of order please take your time and make sure all the information is correct.
